Patricia “Pat” Weichel, 61, of Lake City, MN and formerly of Red Wing, MN died early Tuesday morning, May 15, 2012 at the Mayo Clinic Health System – Lake City Nursing Home in Lake City, MN. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Patricia Ann Adler was born April 24, 1951 to Arland and Dorothy (Haradon) Adler in Lake City, MN. Pat attended school in Lake City and graduated for Lincoln High School. On July 5, 1968 she married Kenneth Weichel at West Albany and they were later divorced.

Pat was employed by Red Wing Shoe for 30+ years. She was a very giving person, had catered weddings, and made Christening gowns. Pat enjoyed crocheting, was a very crafty person, loved photography and enjoyed traveling. She had nine God-children and will be missed very much.

Pat is survived by her mother, Dorothy Adler of Frontenac, MN; three sisters, Barbara (Gordon) Adler-Murphree of Waukesha, WI, Penny (Robert) Harvieux of Red Wing, MN, and Sally Adler of St. Paul, MN; three brothers, Robert Adler of Minnesota, Frank Adler of Cannon Falls, MN, and William (Wendy) Adler of Frontenac, MN. She was preceded in death by her father, one brother, Richard, and her ex-husband.
