The funeral service for Blanche A. Schultz will be at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, January 16th, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in rural Kellogg, with Father William Becker officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery in rural Kellogg.
Mrs. Schultz, 90, of Plainview, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center – Hospital in Wabasha.
Blanche Amelia Graner was born November 30, 1924 in Wabasha to Edward and Suzie (Tentis) Graner. She attended rural Wabasha County School District #27. On December 23, 1972 she married Dalhart Schultz in St. Paul.
Blanche worked at Lakeside Foods in Plainview for several years. She moved to Plainview in 1983. She was a member of St. Joachim's Catholic Church in Plainview, and Royal Neighbors of America Oracle for many years.
Blanche is survived by her sister, Deloris "Dee" (Dennis) Tweed of Rochester; and special friend and caregiver, Sheila Baker of Plainview. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, two sisters, and her husband Dalhart on March 3, 1984.
Friends and family may visit from 1:30 p.m. on Friday until the time of service at the church.
