Carrie Fay Krusmark, 58, of Millville, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017 unexpectedly at the Mayo Clinic Hospital – Rochester, Saint Marys Campus of a brain tumor.

Carrie was born February 23, 1959 in Lake City to Ray and Harriet (Haradon) Krusmark. She graduated from Elgin – Millville High School in 1977. Carrie furthered her education attending various colleges and in various states.

Carrie worked as a chef, and was employed as a chef by Mayo Clinic in Rochester until the time of her death. She loved to cook, enjoyed spending time drawing and loved art. Carrie was very musical and played several different musical instruments.

Carrie is survived by her mother, Harriet Krusmark of Plainview; two brothers, Terry (Sue) Krusmark of Theilman, and David (Hyson) Krusmark of Sauk Centre, MN; Her niece, Nicole Krusmark and nephew, Michael Krusmark. She was preceded in death by her father, Ray in 1997, and a brother, Joey Ray in 1960.

As per Carrie's wish, there will be no memorial service.
