The memorial service for DuWaine Patrow will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, at the Schleicher Funeral Homes, Lake City Chapel with Cory Moss, Spiritual Care Coordinator, Heartland Hospice officiating. Burial will follow the service at St. Agnes Catholic Cemetery in Kellogg.
DuWaine Daryle Patrow, 80, of Wabasha and formerly of Kellogg, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2019 at St. Elizabeth's Care Center in Wabasha. He was born June 12, 1939 in Menomonie, WI to George and Fay (Retledge) Patrow. DuWaine attended schools in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and lived most of his life in Wabasha County. On December 15, 1999 he married Patricia J. Spychalla.
DuWaine was employed by Northern States Power Company and several other construction companies as a Line Foreman. He was a 55 year member of Local Union 953 of IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). DuWaine enjoyed spending time making his own ammo.
DuWaine is survived by his wife, Patty Patrow of Warm Springs, GA; daughter, Jacqueline (Anthony) Nagy of Dover NJ; sons, Jeff (Shelly) Patrow and Joe (Laurie) Patrow both of Wabasha, and Jim (Karen) Patrow of Phoenix; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; step-daughter, Roxanne (Nick) Eccles of Mound; step-sons, Robert (Holly) Harlow of Stockbridge, GA and Donald (Angie) Harlow of Red Wing; seven step-grandchildren and seven step-great grandchildren; and a sister, Shirley of Monticello, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Kenneth.
