A Memorial Gathering for Jaxson Blake Clement, the 2 month old son of Michael and Samantha (Ferguson) Clement, will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 1st, at Schleicher Funeral Homes, Plainview Chapel in Plainview, with a Prayer Service at the conclusion of the Memorial Gathering with Pastor Chuck Coggins officiating.

Jaxson passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Mayo Clinic Hospital – Rochester, Saint Marys Campus. He was born on August 31, 2014 in Rochester.

Jaxson is survived by his parents Michael and Samantha "Sam" Clement of Plainview; a half-sister, Kyla Rose Rathbun of Plainview; paternal grandparents, Matt and Cindy Wilson of Plainview; maternal grandparents, Tracy & Deb DuFrane of Kimberly, WI; paternal great-grandmother, Caroll Gustufson of Oronoco; maternal great-grandmother, Ella May Erickson of Plover, WI. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Sidney Rausch; maternal grandfather, Charles Ferguson; paternal and maternal great-grandfathers, Gordon Gustufson and Donald Erickson, and first cousin, Layla Ann Driscoll.
