Jeffrey Nash Hanson, 56, of St. Cloud, passed away on June 18, 2021, at his home in St. Cloud. He was born April 24, 1965, in Des Moines, Iowa to Dennis and Faye (Larson) Hanson. He graduated from Shenandoah High School in Shenandoah, Iowa and then went on to attend Riverland Community College at Austin. He married Ellen Ernst on November 19, 1988, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Rochester.

Jeffrey worked at Johnson Printing in Rochester until the couple moved to the Twin Cities, and later to St. Cloud.  Jeffrey was devoted to Ellen and loved music and was an accomplished drummer. He loved spending time in nature and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed going to his Uncle Jim's and Aunt Barb's resort near Bemidji. He was an avid fisherman until the day he passed. Jeffrey was steadfast in all that he did, he was very kind, had a great sense of humor.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Ellen Hanson; his mother, Faye (Hanson) and stepfather Jim Donadio of Rochester; aunts and uncles, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, and brother Bruce Hanson who passed on April 30, 2020.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 28, at St. Joachim's Catholic Cemetery in Plainview, MN, with Rev. Jack Miller officiating.
