A Prayer Service for Josephine M. Decker will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31st, at the Lake City Care Center – Chapel at 405 West Grant Street in Lake City with Rev. Monsignor Robert Meyer officiating. Burial will be in St. Joachim's Catholic Cemetery in Plainview.

Mrs. Decker, 90, of Lake City died Wednesday afternoon, January 29, 2014 at the Lake City Care Center in Lake City.

Josephine Marie Plank was born July 8, 1923 in Eyota, MN to Franklin and Louisa (Outcalt) Plank. On October 18, 1954 she married Bernard Charles Decker at Elba, MN; he died July 8, 1999. They lived in Wabasha County most of their married life. Josie moved to the Lake City Care Center in 2001.

Josephine is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her siblings.
