Rachael Marie (Grover) Anderson, 51, of Plainview, MN died peacefully in the arms or her loving family on Friday, July 16, 2021, after a 2-year battle with breast cancer.

Rachael was born August 1 ^st , 1969, in Spring Valley, MN to Francis and Sheila (Markham) Grover.  She grew up in Plainview, MN, graduating in 1987 and attending Stout University in Menomonie, WI from 1987 – 1991, graduating with a B.S. degree.  Later that same year she married Adam Johnson and had a daughter together.  They later divorced.   In 1999 she married Marc Anderson in Rochester, MN and they had one daughter.

Rachael worked at Credit Unions in Menomonie and Rochester before starting her 25-year career as a Broker/Realtor.  Recently she also worked as a rental coordinator at 125 Live.  She was passionate about Social Justice and a fierce advocate for equality. She loved spending her time traveling the US and Europe, garage sales, and tending to her extensive Hosta and flower gardens.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her husband and daughters doing just about anything.

Rachael is survived by her husband Marc and daughters Jasmyne Johnson (Significant Other, Ryan McAndrew) and Jordyn Anderson (Significant Other, Matthew McDaniels).   Also surviving are her parents Fran and Sheila Grover, brother Eric Grover (Jenny), father and mother-in-law, Donald and Dorothy Anderson, 2 brothers-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law and 4 nieces and 3 nephews.  She was preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents.

A celebration of life honoring Rachael's memory will be held Wednesday, July 21 ^st , 1:30 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran in Plainview, MN with Pastor Krista Henning-Ferkin officiating. Friends and family may visit one hour prior to the service at the church.

She will forever be in our hearts and missed daily.
