The funeral service for Richard "Dick" C. Duncan will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, at Schleicher Funeral Homes, Plainview Chapel in Plainview.  Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Douglas following the service.

Richard Charles Duncan passed away Monday morning, June 4, 2018, at Mayo Clinic Hospital – Rochester, Saint Marys Campus.  He was born December 14, 1937 in Wabasha County, MN to Clyde and Christina (Lubinski) Duncan.  He attended school in Altoona WI. On September 4, 1976 he married Leila Dahms in Oronoco.

Richard was employed as a truck driver for Road Constructors in Rochester.  He loved to attend auctions in the area, and attend pedal pulls.  He also enjoyed going for car rides and dancing.

Richard is survived by his children, Randy Duncan, Dana Duncan, Rodney Duncan, Dawn Feeney, and Dori Duncan, all of Eau Claire, WI, and Raymond Duncan of Chippewa Falls, WI; step children, Lee Onna (Dean) Schwenke of Claremont, Ladonna (Cory) Papka of Byron, Loretta Dumais and Delilah Dumais both of Rochester, and Arthur (Teresa) Dumais, Jr, of Wabasha; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Pauline Senst of Plainview; and brothers, Donald (Bernadine) Duncan of Wabasha and William "Bob" Duncan of Zumbro Falls; special friends Laura Gilbertson, Sharon Gullickson, and Patsy Vanderburg; and many firends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Leila, sons, Richard and Robie, sisters Mary Duncan and Diane, and infant brother, Leo.
