Roger Lee Shones, 65, of Millville, passed away at his home in rural Millville on Monday, March 28, 2022. He was born January 14, 1957, in Wabasha to Sylvester and Betty (Plank) Shones.

Roger attended school in Millville and graduated from Elgin – Millville High School in 1975. He married Marjorie Hall in 1975 in Plainview and they later divorced. Roger lived in the Millville area all of his life. He worked at the Millville Feed Mill as a truck driver.

Roger is survived by his children, Reggie (Stacy) Shones of St. Charles, and Loria "Laura" (Bryan) Schell of Rochester; two granddaughters, Amira and Piper and a grandson, Brayden; his mother, Betty Shones of Millville, a sister, Kathleen "Sis" (Dan) Wolfe of Owatonna, and brothers, Larry (Sue) Shones of Millville, Eugene (Carol) Shones of Lake City, Danny (Pam) Shones of Elgin and Andy Shones of Kellogg.

Friends and family may visit on Sunday, April 3 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Schleicher Funeral Homes, Plainview Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 4, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church – West Albany in rural Millville with Deacon David Dose officiating, visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials preferred.
