The funeral service for Rosalind "Skipper" Ludwig will be at 12:00 noon Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Schleicher Funeral Homes, Lake City Chapel in Lake City, MN.

Rosalind "Skipper" Ludwig, 78, of Lake City, MN died Monday, June 19, 2017 at Mayo Clinic Health System – Lake City Care Center.

Rosalind Carol Tenneson was born January 29, 1939 in Deerwood, MN to Anker and Gunhild (Hendrickson) Tenneson-Stark. She graduated from West High School in Minneapolis. Rosalind served her country in the US Army during the Vietnam War from 1961 to 1963. On September 14, 1963 she married Roger Ludwig at Fort Dix, New Jersey.

For many years Rosalind worked as a Florist Designer in a flower shop in the Twin Cities. She also had many other various jobs. She especially enjoyed flowers and working in her flower gardens.

Rosalind is survived by her husband, Roger Ludwig of Lake City; a son, Scott Ludwig of St. Michael, and a daughter, Kelly Ludwig of Minnetonka; and one sister, Patricia Kulseth. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters.

Friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday at Schleicher Funeral Homes, Lake City Chapel in Lake City.
