Sharon Elaine Firzlaff, 85, of Plainview, Minnesota passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026, at Mayo Clinic Hospital – Rochester, Saint Marys Campus with her family by her side.

Sharon was born March 11, 1941, in Wabasha, Minnesota to Percy "Perry" and Loretta (Wentworth) White. She grew up attending school in Weaver, Minnesota and graduated from Winona High School in 1959 in Winona, Minnesota. On June 25, 1966, she married Bruce Firzlaff at Community Presbyterian Church in Plainview.

The Firzlaff's resided in Plainview after their marriage where they raised their two children. Sharon was employed by Tradehome Shoes and Dayton's in Rochester, and then at Lanning's Food Store in Plainview, and for many years she was a cook at PEM Schools. Sharon loved cooking and feeding people and especially enjoyed cooking for the Logo's group at Community Presbyterian Church where she was a member.

Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Bruce Firzlaff of Plainview; a daughter, Belinda Jo (Jeremy) Strain of Plainview; a son, Erich Alan (Kara) Firzlaff of Wabasha; four grandchildren, Alexandra, Mitchell, Ahna, and Haylee; and four great-grandchildren, Brinley, Avery, Archer, and Ava. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Betty, Ava, and Mary Ann, and a brother, James.

Sharon's wishes were to be cremated with no services.
