Taylor Rose Polson, 22, of Rochester passed away November 14, 2022, at her home in Rochester. She was born April 19, 2000, in Wabasha to Benjamin "Ben" Polson and Meranda "Mandy" Stone. Taylor attended Plainview-Elgin-Millville School and graduated in 2018.
Taylor lived in the Plainview Elgin Millville area and in 2019 she moved to Rochester. She was employed by Holiday Inn Express in Rochester as a supervisor. She enjoyed spending time drawing, loved animals, and especially loved spending time with family and friends. You could always find Taylor with her bag of 'Flamin' Hot Cheetos'. She was known for her crazy sense of humor, her lovely morning attitude (don't poke the bear), and her infectious smile and laugh.
Taylor is survived by her mother, Meranda "Mandy" Stone of Plainview; her father, Benjamin "Ben" Polson of Spring Valley; three brothers, Noah Polson, Alexander Polson, Koalton Polson, all of Plainview; her maternal grandparents, Leon, and Cheryl Stone of Plainview, paternal grandmother, Shirley Polson of Millville; paternal grandfather, Bill Polson of Ostrander; maternal great-grandmother, Janice Stone; and also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Louella Polson, paternal great-grandparents, Alexis & Catherine Ross, paternal great-grandfather, William "Bill" Polson, maternal great-grandparents, Jim and Pat Reitz, maternal great-grandfather, Ralph Stone, and maternal great-uncle, Pete Reitz.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 19, at 2:00 p.m. at Hilltop Fellowship Church in rural Millville with Pastor Steve Buss officiating. The burial will follow the service in Hilltop Oakwood Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from Noon on Saturday until the time of service at the church.
