Victoria "Vicki" Joan Martin, 88, of Bethany, Missouri and formerly of Rochester, passed away on Tuesday morning, March 15, 2022, at Crestview Nursing Home in Bethany, Missouri. She was born on May 23, 1933, in Little Valley rural Plainview, Minnesota to Faye and Gladys (Melendy) Martin. Vicki attended rural country school in Little Valley and then attended Plainview High School. On October 6, 1950, she married Lyle R. Powers in Wabasha and they were later divorce.

Vicki lived in the Rochester area for most of her lifetime and was employed at Waters Instruments/Waters Connelly in Rochester for number of years. She moved to Missouri in 2010.

Vicki is survived by her three sons, Lyle M. (Rita) Powers of Elgin; Cliff (Ruth) Powers of St. Charles; and Lt. Colonel Bradley (Shelby) Powers of Germany; five grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Gale Martin of Rochester. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Friends and family may visit from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 9, at the Schleicher Funeral Homes, Plainview Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Plainview.
